Energy Medicine: Overview
Energy medicine is a broad group of treatment methodologies that work in conjunction with an individual’s energetic fields to re-balance and treat a plethora of conditions. It falls under the general heading of alternative medicine in that it does not use pharmaceuticals or other invasive means to mitigate symptomology. Rather, the goal of energy medicine is to re-balance disruptions and, in so doing, to allow the body to heal itself naturally.There are many forms of energy medicine. Some forms that you may be familiar with include acupuncture, acupressure, Jin Shin, Reiki, Qigong, healing touch and massage to name just a few. The primary form of energy medicine utilized by Energy in Motion: The Natural Healing Center, LLC, is a practice called Quantum-Touch which utilizes the principle creating a focused and sustained level of life force energy which the participant’s energy fields then entrain to, come up to and match, thereby providing treatment for a wide range of potential conditions. Essentially, highly focused energy is provided to the body which allows it to re-balance heal itself.
